The Jazz Art Series
In 2004 Lois began her exploration into the overlap
between two very different artforms: jazz music and
visual art. The results have been exciting! Lois selects
an album from a specific jazz musician, and plays it in
continuous loop as she works on her art piece, allowing
the music to influence the elements of the work. The
title of each piece refers to the musician who inspired
